Please kindly don't spray any form of insecticides for termites! Even if you choose to do so, there will be serious and more damaging repercussions.
Reason being ridsect and other equivalent types of insecticides serves specific purpose. Using a common of the shelve or over the counter product is not going to solve your issues. Termites are structured organism with multiple colonies living around your neighbourhood.
You may kill the termites that you notice temporarily but isn't going to kill the termites that you do not see.
Any form of external intrusion will cease termite activities and resume elsewhere.
What happens is when insecticides are sprayed, the termites you notice will die and the other working termites that you can't see which happens to be working behind the scene in the concrete and wood will retreat their activities in that area and will search for a new spot.

Hence you will notice new termite spots after a couple of days, weeks, or even months.
