Kilstant Malaysia was approached by a Hindu Temple in Malaysia after finding out that the temple flag bearer has been appearing sideways. Suspecting that it could potentially be a termite attack as some white looking ants appearing at the base of the Kodi Maram.

The temple committee suspected that this entire Kodi Maram that is 20 feet tall is a potential risk and threat to public space if indeed it's termite and white ants damages.
The Kodi Maram that you see on the left is from the temple is already appearing to be tilting sideways.
Kodi Maram is commonly made with a tall wood or tree structure and thereafter covered with brass plates. The brass plates makes the entire structure look like a Flag Mast. So with such tall structure, weight and concerning strength of the wood, we suggested the temple committee to open the brass plates first and then we can assess the next course of action.
As we can observe from here that upon dismantling the brass plates, termite traces and activity can be observed. We applaud the temple committee for taking this seriously without further delays for ensuring public safety without any compromise. Below are the works done (videos & images attached)

As for the method of treatement we have conducted slab injection surrounding the temple kodi maram frontal section where the temple floor slab sits on ther ground and the chemical choice that we used was chlorfenapyr based from BASF. The transfer effect of this chemical is superior with strrong chemical soil binding effect.
