Can termites attack high rise apartments, penthouse ?

Yes absolutely they can do that. High rise are not safe from termites. We must always remember that the building is built on the soil and termites come into the building from the soil and build their way up in search for food.

They do so with mud tubes and entering the building via various entry points.

Termites move from ground up and not the other way around.
